In this Christmas session you will not see the following:

a pretend santa

or any family pet in santa clothing

Santa hats on the whole family

Fireplace with hanging stockings

A Christmas tree

This Christmas session will have none of those things. And not because any of those things are too mainstream, or uncool.  It’s because for me, those props puts a shelf life on the images. You use them for your Christmas or holiday card, and then they disappear off the fridge after New Year’s Day to never be seen again.

So when we built this years set, we looked for a holiday feel but with a more timeless quality. So the images could be used forever.
